What are International mailboxes and how to request one?

It is a space destined to receive packages and purchases with an identification number assigned to the client in warehouses for international cargo. The locker number must be placed in the delivery address when making a purchase. When the boxes are received in the ‘box’, the customer is contacted to request a shipping order.

When contacting us to make your first shipment or purchase, we will inform you of your mailbox number, which will serve as an address to send any order or purchase online.

Can I make purchases and deliveries without having a locker?

It is possible to make shipments without previously having a box assigned to use as a delivery address.

When you make your purchases online, you must enter the address of Temma’s office / Name and Surname in the delivery address (Shipping Address), as indicated in the example:

Accepted payment methods:

We accept payments through bank transfers, Zelle, credit cards, and paper money.

Order status and package tracking (tracking)

To know the status of your orders, we provide a tracking number.

The tracking number is generated after receiving the boxes to be sent to our offices and obtaining confirmation of the type of shipment for your order.

How to report shipping damage

Packages must be inspected immediately upon receipt. In case of damage, you must take photographic support and send via email attaching photos or videos to process the claim.

Can Temma Freight purchase items for me?

We have staff to make your purchases in the different countries where we operate. You just have to contact us and tell us what products, equipment, spare parts or machinery you want to purchase and we will send you our service offer.

Prohibited Items

We provide advice to our clients so that, before purchasing products (especially chemicals, drugs, hunting and fishing implements) to find out if it is allowed, or if it involves any risk, to enter the customs of their respective countries.

Under no circumstances do we transport weapons, ammunition, sharp equipment, drugs, or the like.
